best pod friendly macro

I have a fuge and it is doing well but I don't see alot of pods (2 month old fuge ). I currently have cheato and a kind that looks like fern leaves but I was wondering if someone had a reccomemdation on one that would increase my pod population more.

On a side note getting rid of nutrients isn't the main concern, it is fine even without the fuge.

I'd say your best bed would be to get some macro from a fellow reefer that has a healthy pod population. Pods do well in chaeto, but you'll need to kick start your population and then they will continually increase.
