best to increase phosphates? NeoPhos or Reef Roids?

My phosphates have been declining and are at 0.03. I'm looking to raise and debating which I should use going forward. I've switched feeding to BeneReef. I dose NeoNitro as needed and really like it. Reef Riods seems to increase phosphates by ~0.10 by two recent Hanna tests. Thanks

Dosing phosphates is more accurate but either way can work. 0.03ppm is fine btw
