Don't do Wix, I'm a web developer...spend a few hundred bucks and have someone develop a word press site for you. Definitely easiest, cheapest, best looking, most versatile way to go. I've worked in Drupal, joomla, wix, word press, and expression engine as well as custom sites. WP is hands down the best.

A wordpress theme will work or go daddy has a SUPER simple ecommerce site. I have used it in the past it works great. if you need any help or have any questions let me know i have been doing websites for years and have worked in IT for over 8 years

Yes. Very easy. As long as they develop right. I would try and stay away from the drag and drop kind of sites like WIX or go daddy's builder. Whatever you do, I'd stay away from godaddy. They may be the cheapest on some things by a dollar or two but it's not worth it in the long run.
