Hi guys. So I’ve had a 2” bicolor foxface for around a month and a half now in my 110, and he’s an awesome fish. Happily eats nori and brine, but today I saw him in laying down behind a rock with his camouflage colors, and he seems to be breathing very heavily. I have around 12 other fish in the tank, everyone is eating perfectly fine and swimming around. I just did a routine weekly water change yesterday and he looked fine before that but today he looks stressed. Any help on what I can do? Thanks

Foxface are a bit shy by nature. My bicolor is around 6in and I've had him for about 7 months. He still freaks out and does that camouflage pattern when I'm around or another fish moves to quickly around him.

Any aggression in the tank?
Not at all! The only other aggressive ones are my clarkii clowns but they know not to mess with the foxface. My scopas and coral beauty angel both are pretty nice to the foxface too. I called my lfs and they said to keep an eye on him but they said that foxfaces do random things sometimes and said he’ll probably go back to normal the next day. I’ll do an update tomorrow. Thanks
