I am in the process of have a custom 140 built and when i get it i really want a zebra eel and a bicolor goatfish ... But i also already have...

Peppermint shrimp
Skunk cleaner shrimp
Sexy shrimp
Electric flame scallop
Feather dusters
Snails
Sea hair
Red sea star

So... Opinions. Advice. Thank you!

A zebra moray might snack on some of your inverts as that is part of their primary diet. Goatfish I heard have always been difficult fish because some have specialized diets but, I have not kept any before. Someone might have some better advice on the goatfish.

The zebra will almost definitely eat your shrimps and snails. I believe the scallop, sea hare and feather dusters should be okay though
