Bicolour blenny eating toad stool

I just got a huge toadstool mushroom. Noticed my bicolour blenny sleeping and hanging around it. Then noticed a chunk missing. So as I'm watching I see him start to nip at it, where it's been broken.

Tried sending him to his room for a time out.... But no luck

Try moving to toadstool. Blenny might stop trying to make it his home.

my midas blenny goes nuts when something is in his territory, maybe thats all it is

Could be territorial issues or unfortunately sometimes these guys do develop a taste for coral. Moving the coral would be my first step. Then watch the blenny close.

I have a 100g. This mushroom takes up a good portion of it. Il try that and see.
