Well on this side you can see the Tunze 6200 in the back right, there is another 1 in the bottom right corner pointing to the center, and then you can see the 2 1" outlets (they are 2 of 4, returns from a Dart)
In the back for light there is 2 400s 1 10K on the left and 15K on the right, in the front I have 2 150 watt HQI 14K PHNKS on coralife pendents.

For flow over here there are 2 of 4 out from the Dart one with a 3/4" penductor on it very nice flow out of that, and 1 Seio 620 I belive in the back right of that side, this side I have 4 T-5 Overdriven by IceCap 660 2 ATI Blues(I think they were call the blue one with good par?) and 2 11K Geissmen, they are on one big reflector as you can see, I get a bit more spread than most people I would assume cause I am about 12" off the surface, but the tank is only 12" deep.
I run a geo Reactor about 6"x2" with Carib Sea ARM, Does Kakl daily, 50 G Fuge then 2 100 g sump one with a Big Euro Reef (again not sure model # or size)
