Thanks to @samnaz for recommending this store to me. (I found what I was looking for!) ETA: Preuss Pets in Lansing, MI, USA

This is one of the rare old school fish stores - they have lots of tank space for freshwater and saltwater, and stock most of the not truly exotic fish you could think of. They have, in stock, the big name fish supplies and a lot of stuff from the big reef brands (reef octopus, Tunze, Eshopps, maxspect, kessil, ecotech, etc.). Stock of regular Zoa, softie, LPS seems pretty good, though don't expect exotic high dollar stuff or lots of acros here. (they also have a selection of birds, which I know nothing about). Tanks were reasonably clean, especially for a store like this (moreover, I've never been to an LFS with immaculate holding tanks)

But most awesome was their main display tank. Good example of how to keep jawfish. But most impressive was a huge BTA (must have been two feet total in diameter) with 3x Pink Skunk clowns. I imagine they've kept it many years, in probably 100-200par, getting it to grow big without splitting.
