Why it lost its color ? It was growing very fast and I haven’t change anything. (Except I don’t feed reef roids ) ran out .

Perhaps start reef roids again and rule that out. Nothing to do with acros but when something changes then once identifying the only variable that did change it is best to undue that change to see if the issues resolved itself. So many variables involved it might be or not be that one item. Can also be a combination of things.

Pictures look like they're taken under two different light settings?

Low potassium may contribute to color loss in acroporas, montis etc. especially if the system is growing fast and consuming.

Also as stated above, could also be in combination with the lack of the reef roids, as those would have contributed to the coral’s food source.

I thought potassium was supposed to be 400. Is there a benefit in running it higher? There doesn't seem to be a lot of information on it..just curious what you're noticing.

First thing I notice is my red Monty Capricornis , gets very red when potassium is in the 400s , gets pale when potassium is low ,
And my zoas the overall looks and grow is also noticeable, (note I haven’t feed the tank reef roids yet, I might order some on Black Friday if it’s on special . )
Todays picture on the left and low potassium picture on the right ,

I hear of some corals farmers that run potassium way hight above the 800s , I don’t think I can keep mine that hight ,
But on a Sps tank is wort to check that is not been depleted, specifically if you don’t do regular water changes
