I shall start a build thread, very much after the fact. I set this tank up about 3 years ago so i will forget some details i'm sure.

Its a 6' 150 gal
I think its a pretty simple set up by todays standards
I'm lighting it with 6 radion xr15s and some supplemental LED bars
i have 3 mp 40s and a 60 for movement
it is plumbed to a sump in the cabinet which is pretty tight, i have a protien skimmer but haven't run it in a long time, the sump has a 7" sock holder that i only use sporadically
i have a refugium and grow light
I dose 2 part and mag with a bubble magus 3 head doser
I also dose by hand some of the KZ products, flatworm stop, coral booster and aminio acid
i have a media reactor that i use a mix of GFO and carbon when needed

I will add some pics soon

I usually don’t have a frag rack in my DT, temporary situation

I will try to add some good pictures of the coral, this is the bottom 3/4 of the middle rock structure

So In January of 2022 I had a 4 day power outage because of a snow, ice, freezing rain storm. This coincided with very cold temps, so even though I made some effort to be prepared by having access to a generator I could not keep the house warm enough. I lost most of my acropora ( my favorite) and about half my fish, but almost everything else survived. Still it was crushing to loose all my larger acro colonies and I almost quit the hobby.

So I upgraded my backup plan by buying my own larger generator and having a wood stove installed for back up heat. Anyway I just thought I would update my build tread but sharing that experience
