Its not about the price of the tank it's about the livestock. If you want leds I don't think you'll go lower then 200 if that even. You have to take into consideration that you'll have nothing to replace for about 10 years give or take. Leds are a lot up front but less than any other lighting in the long run between bulbs, electricity, and heating tanks and what it takes to keep the tank from overheating. Ecoxotic does fit in very cleanly from personal experience without changing the look of the tank.
If you call them they will tell you what combo to go with but I'm pretty sure you'll be using 3 panorama pros... I believe a 2/1 blue white ratio but again I'd ask them.
I have a biocube 29. Slapped an Ecoxotic RGB color changing led bar in with the pc's and moonlight, and it fit perfectly. It is super cool looking, and it is nice blending the blue moonlight with the color changing leds. Love it!

IMO do Steves, it may cost more, but you get a waaaaayyyy better spectrum, far more efficient leds, and a better spectrum that will hold better color in corals
Hey! I would look into the kessil 150 series, I just got te ocean blue model and it's awesome! The only bad thing is no dimmer :( but oh well it's a great light!
