I just started it but based on the Seneye PAR and now Apogee readings I'd blast all 3 channels. It gets between 50-100 at 7-8" when all 3 are on. The coverage varies with minimal movements and PAR swings are pretty big. Also the spectrum isn't great based on the Seneye readings. That said should be good enough for softies and most lps. How are your nutrients etc?
