My son just pointed out that my mushrooms just

dropped 2 new babies. He wants one for his nano tank. I’ve never fragged a mushroom, any tips?

These things are bullet proof. I've heard of people slicing them through the mouth into two pieces to frag them. I ripped off my expensive $80 yuma mushroom off a rock to move it, and it was fine! Just try to gently get it off of the rock. If that's not possible I don't know how you'll get it to his tank but I'm sure there are other ways. Just don't do what I did!

I was thinking maybe use a razor blade where it is attached to the rock, then dipping it in iodine and rinse? What do you think?

Here’s my complete haul from Friday. The last two are from my lfs and the two birdsnest are from Tidal Gardens.

I think that would be fine. I know nothing about the iodine dip though, but I don't think it'll hurt.

My son ordered 5 wysiwyg rfas but they sent him six. Because of the size he kept two and gave me four. I wasn’t expecting much since they were only $50 but they are really nice.

What is it. Super cool
That my friend is a porcelain crab, also called an anemone crab because they like to be hosted by anemones. They are filter feeding so the constantly are waving their fan like appendages.

Sweet. I have two that are brown/green that came in my live Rock from the gulf. The fan appendages are cool. Didn’t know what they were so thanks.

I gave away one frag of my chalice and have been waiting to take the other to my lfs . But the mother colony needs fragged again I was thinking of keeping the smaller one and taking the larger one to the lfs.

Since the third day I got him he has not left this acan. I was hoping he would settle in one of the rfas but as usual he has a mind of it’s own.

My little peppermint shrimp is becoming a little less reclusive. After it and his comrades cleared my tank of aptasia 6 months ago.

The clowns have spent the day in my chalice, there isn’t many more corals they haven’t tried to be hosted by. Pictures far because if I get to close they swim up thinking they will be fed.
