Biocube Chamber Issues

For the past week, I’ve been having issues with Biocube 32 chambers. The first chamber is pretty much overflowing and the 3rd chamber seems to be pumping water out as fast as it’s going in. The middle chamber has a water level approximately the same as the 3rd even though water is pouring in constantly.

I haven’t change anything at all. The only thing that alerted me was the sound of water running constantly. I removed the sponge between 2-3 thinking I might have a blockage. I’ve also changed out filters and no change. Any suggestions?

3rd chambers sponge where the water comes through needs cleaned at least that’s what mine needed

This sounds completely normal. You likely just need to add some water. The water should pour over from chamber 1 to 2 so that the water goes through the filter cartridge. The 2nd and 3rd chambers should have the same water level. If the splashing is loud from chamber 1 to 2 then add some water and it should go away.

Done! Id only removed, but I’ve cleaned it and replaced.

the second and third level are supposed to be the same? I’m only asking because my second and third are the same water level and I thought they weren’t supposed to be.

Chambers 2 and 3 should ahve the same water level.
