Hello everyone, jumping back in the hobby after 8 years and a Biocube 29. I set up my first reef tank back in 1995 and the resources for the hobby back then were nowhere near what they are today! Anyway on to my question, I wanted to ask everyone's opinion on the aquascape I have laid out below. I traced the tank out on some insulation foam I had laying around. The first several pics are of 10lbs of what I believe to be dried out Fiji rock, very light and porous, the centerpiece
I was told is Liferock and weighs 13lbs, so a total of 23lbs. The following pic is of the 10lbs of Fiji and 10lbs of new out of the box Liferock. All the rock with the exception of the new was bleach cured in a 45 gallon can for a full week. I am going to use acrylic rods to put the aquascape in the first scenario but probably won't have to use them with the second scenario. I'll be honest on the second aquascape, I didn't spend to much time on it. The smaller pieces of Liferock are a little more difficult to structure.
Thoughts?
