I have a bio cube 29 stand and it’s a little bit wobbly. I’m wondering if anyone has done pocket screws with the shelf and possibly added any additional braces in the back and if you’ve seen any improvements?

Any additional bracing/ mechanical fastener/flue tou can add to a standard tank manufacturer stand will help in the long run.
That said, whatever you do make sure your improvements are square so as not to introduce additional stresses when adding a heavy box of water to the top...
