I've got this birdsnest that has been in my tank for 3 weeks now and I recently saw this blemish(picture provided) and was wondering what it could be?

Params
Sg- 1.026
Alk- 7.5
Cal- 495
Mag- 1340
N03- 5ppm
P04- 0.04
Temp has fluctuated 2 degrees +/- (78-80) recently since its been crazy hot

These parameters aside from calcium and mag have been rock solid. Birdsnest is receiving 240par aswell polyps are extended like crazy. Other acros are doing fine and have good polyp extension (aside from a digi).
