What is the recommended way to treat BJD now? I unfortunately have it in my system and keeps popping up every month or so taking down a torch and then disappearing again. I wanted to use cipro but I saw that it now requires a prescription and it is no longer recommended. Is there another way I can treat my whole tank?

you can get it from fishaid.com without a prescription or you could get “coral infection elimination” from joker corals

Neither is 100% effective. Both have good track records. I have had more success with the coral infection elimination product. Probably best bet would be to treat the tank with both. I would start with CIE

The best way is the Kung Fu Corals ( KFC ) dip which includes cipro. I keep a box with the ingredients on hand just in case. I’ve had great success with just using cipro if started early. This is where I bought mine last while places like Chewy stopped.
