Black ich on harlequin filefish?

Are these spots black ich? There are only a few but don’t look like sand (like ich). They seem to be flat on the body

Apparently the fins were slightly cloudy when purchased. Two out of three have healed and one isn’t doing too great

the spots are only on the one fish but another fish may have similar dots but white. Also only a few

generally in the case of flukes, a FW dip will generally resolve but with orange spot file healthy and eating, Id be hesitant

It doesn’t look like flukes to me, ive had fish with them before and they were much bigger. I’m not super familiar with fish disease though
