I got a black leopard wrasse about 14 days ago and he looked super healthy and fat but as soon as I put him in the tank he went into the sand and iv yet to see him! I know it’s normal behavior but is 14 days normal behavior or is he a goner?

Have you tried looking for him when the lights are out?? It could be that it might be swimming around hunting for pods and such after lights are off.
