Black or purple torch ?

Just seems to me that these " black torches " are really purple stalks with colored tips. Or am i wrong ?

Above pics look like green tipped purple

No such thing as a "black torch", just a deep purple. The color black can't absorb light, the coral would never grow if it was truly black. Any coral that may be out there that is truly black I can guarantee has special requirements and more than likely has to be fed often to keep alive in the aquarium.

That makes alot more sense, new i wasnt going nuts lol i swore i saw purple.
