Black sail fin has to go

Ok i am pretty sure my black sail fin is the d@@@ head of the tank, that causing stress on my angel and the killer of my last 3 new addtions. Hell he just darts around the tank this flashing everyone all the time. So i want to rehome him (not giving away) would trade for something. Hes about 6" +/- and lives in a 150. Im located in watertown just east of nashville
