Could just be an accumulation of waste or dead zoox. I expect the nem to expel it within a few days.

ok thanks i will keep a eye on him, by the way what is a zoox?;Happy

Sorry, zoox means zooxanthellae which is the symbiotic algae that lives within the anemone. Sometimes when an anemone is acclimating to new environmental conditions, such as new lighting, it adjusts its zoox population by expelling some or allowing more to grow.
