Black spot on skunk cleaner shrimp

I see a black spot on my skunk cleaner don't know what it is any ideas?

Looks like its on top of exoskeleton...if so, it may be a little critter of some kind,,,my shrimp gets black marks under his shell, usually before he molts...this looks different...
 
Had the same thing on one of mine once. It was identified as a virus, sorry I forget the name. But he pulled through fine and it was gone the next time he molted.
