I started cycling this tank a month ago. I left the light off but when i go today to check it out i see these black spots all over the glass. So i wipe them with my finger and it was some kind of worm squirming around on my finger. Can someone help me what to do with these creatures.

Could we get a picture under white lighting? Looks blurry, but I believe those are flatworms.
