Hello all I have a 210 gallon mixed reef with mostly soft coral and Oregonians with numerous fish including large tanks one large emperor angel to butterfly and a bunch of smaller reef type fish, snails and clean up crew accordingly. This tank has been established for over 30 years I’ve made the transition to soft coral about four years ago. Lately I’m noticing that some of my corals are not as vibrant looking as they have been in the past. My water parameters are always pretty stable as far as temperature salinity calcium KH but my magnesium has been down around 1120. I do not test for nitrate and nitrite my question is should I be. I do 30 gallon water changes every two weeks. Any input would be appreciated.
