Need some advise. My Spot Tail Blannie showed up with white spots on his head that were not there in the AM. He has been in my 65 gallon tank for 3 months with no issues. Has been eating well and I have not seen aggression by other fish. Tank mates all look fine.

Looks like an injury from digging under the rock. Most times it will heal by itself. Great quality foods and vitamins help the Blenny's immune system. If it gets worse a bath in an acriflavine product like Ruby Reef Rally for 90 minutes would help. It has both antiseptic and antibiotic qualities. Good old methylene blue can help as well.

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
