Blasto help

One of the heads on the blasto has swollen tentacles. It started as one or two on the head and now 2 weeks later it has like 6 or 7 just on that one head. I was wondering if it was something I needed to address in one way or another. It the ones on the very left of the picture. I'm also new to this forum stuff so hopefully this thread is in the right place. Thanks in advance.

Looks like a very healthy and happy blasto to me. They only deflate when they’re upset

I would not worry about it, they looks pretty healthy to me. When they are recessed that becomes a problem
