Bleached Duncan

Hi everyone, I bought this Duncan at petco the other day. It wasn’t opened and bleached but I figured for 12.99 i would try to save it . Right now I have it in a semi shady spot. It doesn’t open during the day but at night when the lights go off it completely opens. Should I move it to full shade or just let it be for a while. Tia

I'd try leaving it where it is. Don't forget to occasionally feed it some brine or mysis while it recovers (a small piece every few days will be appreciated). At some point it will need more light for photosynthesis, too.
