I did a 25% water change in my 225 gallon sps tank. I heated the water about 1/2 a degree (81 to 81.5) hotter than the tank and bleached all my sps. I liked to die. The water cooled in about a half hour, but it was enough. I usually leave the water colder at about 70 degrees and add it slowly, but thought I could avoid it. Moral of story don't fix what ain't broken. I am using red sea reef energy plus and algens phycopure for zoanthelae replacement. Nothing dead yet. It bleached right before my eyes in a matter of 3 hours. Recovering some color back and some polyp extension witnessed. 2nd week Fingers crossed. Anyone else experience this
