Well I have a acropora that I thought I acclimated the right way but the tips have turned white after I put it at the top where I wanted it I have moved it down but is it too late

That looks like RTN...which means the coral is dieing. Some people have success clipping off the dieing parts a quarter inch from the RTN.

number one cause is unstable alkalinity
other causes are unstable pH, temp, calc, mag, salinity...etc

I think I may know whats wrong when I was dosing my tank the other day I did it in a rush and I think it got a direct hit from the a and b

It's pretty browned out. I would frag a couple of Those branches without bleached parts give to friends or something to try to save it. From the looks of it, Your lights don't look strong enough for acros.

it was 11pm when i took this pic the lights were already dimming down they shut down at 11:30pm

Maricultured? Looks like its a parameter or light issue. The Rtn started from the top. I think you gave it too much light too fast or you spiked a parameter too fast.

Cut off one of the branches that has no RTN and place on a plug and good luck. More than likely it's a gonner, RTN like that will take over quickly. STN from the base up can usually be stopped by fragging.
