I kinda want to add a flame tail blenny to my tank but i also want to add a starry blenny will these fish get a long? I also have a red firefish in my tank rn and also plan on getting a neon goby should they all be ok together?

How big is the tank and how much rockwork do you have? The tank really has to be big enough for 2 or else they might fight over the same territory. Blennies and gobies also need a lot of rockwork to hide in, so depends on your aquascape.

It’s 40 gallon and I have around 30 or a little less pounds of rock

I have 2 blennies in my 40 gallon, a flame tail and a one spot, they hiss at each other but otherwise no problems. They’ve been together for years. I’ve never had a starry blenny so I don’t know what they are like, but I think 2 blennies will work in your tank. IMO

wow didn’t know fish could hiss lol but considering how blennies are lanky like a snake it fits, what about the gobies tho do blennies live peacefully with smaller gobies?

Well I don’t know if they hiss lol. They do this open mouthed thing to each other.

Gobies and blennies normally stay away from each other. But some blennies can be temperamental it depends on each one’s personality
