Blenny ID Please

Trying to get an id on this guy, trying to work out a trade, but would like to find out more about him, not a sailfin or scooter blenny or algae blenny

The eye lashes are unique, so is the pattern

It was wild collected off of the Florida Coast near West Palm if that helps
