Does anybody have any ideas on what this might be ? It is underneath the surface of the eye and has been this way for some time now and doesn't seem to affect her other than she cannot seem to see out of it at all , from what I can tell. "This is cross-posted another popular form as well."

Could be damage from a rock or something, I've seen similar thing and they always heal up eventually
