Bloodworms OK to feed?

Sure thing. Mine don’t like them as much as other margaritas (thanks Internet and Google and AI for inserting a drink into my conversation) as I was trying to type, marine foods but I still feed them just for variety of diet. They like fresh clams much better, but frozen cubes are easier to deal with.

Worm food for the internet and AI developers. It’s what they deserve for what they have done :squinting-face-with-tongue::smiling-face-with-sunglasses:

@vetteguy53081 @Jay Hemdal , I'm currently so 'invested' in quarantining my new fish... does feeding frozen LFS bloodworms pose any appreciable danger of bringing a parasite/disease into my tank (or am I just being paranoid)? Thanks!

Parasite no, but a rise in ammonia level if not consumed. I feed my fish blackworms 3x a week mixed with other foods and no issue but also no scraps leftover

Been feeding frozen bloodworms for years and haven't noticed I'll effects. Fish tend to like worm shaped things, and I've found that in training dragonets onto frozen, bloodworms are often the first one they'll eat.

My fish have always loved the frozen bloodworms; I thought I read a horror-story about parasites somewhere, but as I hinted at, I think I'm just being paranoid after the many weeks spent quarantining. Thank to you both for the input! :)

No risk of parasites, but a surprisingly high number of people develop an allergic reaction to feeding bloodworms.

"I decided to try the FISH diet. For 3 weeks I ate nothing but FISH. As it turned out, I developed a terrible craving for WORMS!"
