Blotchy skin on leopard wrasses

Reviving an old thread, my blue star leopard wrasses have almost identical blotches but I have a copperband butterfly, helfrichi firefish, midas blenny, and filefish all in the tank with no symptoms what so ever. Has been this way for like 6 months so no way it's velvet. Maybe leopards just get these blotches from any parasite, and in my case may just be flukes or ich.
