According to the chart sent from Flippers you can qt them in copper

And you absolutely do need to QT them.

Parasites and infections don't care much what a fish eats - they'll still attack its skin and gills.

Whether a cleaner wrasse will thrive in QT, without other fish to solicit and pester ... is another story. Not one I can offer you the ending of.
