My Blue Damsel (damselfish) within the last week looks really full under her belly. The only other damsel in the tank is a Pink Smith (sex unknown; how to sex?). They're spending some time in a cave the Pink Smith dug out, when before I never really noticed them together. Would they cross breed? Would she lay eggs even if no male is present to fertilize? They don't give live birth do they? Should I put her in a holding tank if I can net her? My tank is relatively young so this is new to me.
