Blue head wrasse lost color please help fast

We have a 125gallon mixed reef tank over a year old been very stable for all parameters. Today everything look normal and great then just a few min ago went to look at the tank and our bright full of life Blue Head Wrasse is pale with bright blue eyes he swimming around as normal but he does not look normal at all change to this pale color in a matter of 6 hours.

Here two attached photos of before and now

The photo now does not show how pale he really is almost white

I've read that they don't live long. Maybe two years tops. Juvenile to adult go from vibrant colors to turquoise with two black stripes. May have transitioned to a female.

As long as its eating well, just watch and observe.

Hate to cause I need stress to the tank it will be chaos getting him out
