I currently have ocean revive t247 they are black boxes. I love just the blue part of the lights. For a few hours in the morning and at night I have blue on and white off. Will it matter if I have just blues on all day or do my corals need the rest of the colors? I have mainly sps

You can lengthen the blue period and shorten the whites. I would still have the whites on for 4-6 hours for coral health and color. You can set it up to have the whites on when you are at work or when you are least likely to view the tank.
