I'm looking for recommendations for blue and orange colored SPS that would be beginner friendly and thrive in a 25 gallon tank, any suggestions?

True orange SPS are uncommon. Orange digitata might fit the bill, but others hate them. Orange acropora are very rare and usually not all that easy. AV99 Orange Crush is a green corla with real orange tips that looks really nice when larger. Battlecorals Honeycomb gets true orange for me - seems like this is the same coral as RMG Gila Monster, but I could be wrong.

There are many blue SPS. Try to find some ORA Cali Tort. They are usually cheap and available from hobbyists in many places.

I have a forest fire digitata that is more orange and grows very well. German blue digitata is slower but is a nice baby blue. There are bali blue slimers out there as well. The best blues I've seen are all acros. Top on my list is the Oregon Tort.
