I used a small piece of painters tape to mark an acrylic rod…it wasn’t until after I finished the aquascape that I realized I never removed it. Should I take it apart and remove the tape or should it be fine? It’s about a 1” piece

My uneducated shoot-from-the-hip answer: I can't see it 'poisoning' the tank. My concern would be if (in time) it gradually degrades and breaks apart into tiny bit size pieces that fish ingest and try to digest. 💁🏻‍♂️ (Can fish or inverts pick it apart where it is now?)
