Umm, no.

I use a BRS 4 stage RO/DI and my skimmate looks like a charbucks dark roast. I would be looking elsewhere for the source of blue skimmate.

I would also love to see a pic of this blue skimmate.

Ever since I began using my BRS RODI system, I've been getting blue skimmate.... Is that normal for RODI water ?

What type of food do you use. Could it be another change made about the same time as switching to the RODI unit suck as food, chemicals. I did a quick google search and it seems others seem to have the same issue with a specific food.

there's a certain Trace Element from a certain supplier that is "blue" as in food coloring. Check your additives.
Haven't put anything into the tank except saltwater. Must be a decoration leaching something into the water; I have a artificial sea fan and coral in there. I will remove them one at the time to see if I can determine what the culprit is.

Looking back to your reefing roots: Did you start with Instant Ocean salt?
