Something is in tank. Lost 3 fish since March now Blue Tang has something on face He is hiding , pressing face into rock corners
took video and put on you tube. Not showing any spots or sores other than face. Can anyone identify and recommend next steps?



200 gallon tank mixed fish and reef
3 years old. Rock 14 years
40 gallon trigger sump
Mini Roller matt
Iomega 180 skimmer
Triton method
Jumbo gfo reactor
0 ammonia
.06ppm phosphorus

Looks like huge vitamin deficiency. Feed at minimum:

Nori seaweed basted with garlic
mysis shrimp
spirulina brine shrimp
Formula 2 frozen and flake
sm plankton
LRS herbivore diet

Add selcon vitamins 2x a week to food and also garlic extract 2-3X per week.
 
Feed LRS reef frenzy 98% of time daily 1/2 sheet nori with garlic
