I ordered this skimmer over last weekend and it came today. I assembled it and put into my sump. Now, I have it set to MIN and the bubbles do not even reach into the collection cup. If I put it on MAX, it comes slightly above the bubble plate. I have an Elos sump and the water is slightly below the Max level, so I guess around 8"-10" of water. Whats the trick to get this thing going?
