I too just picked up some frags from Ben. Excellent customer service from the first point of contact and throughout the deal. Provided accurate pics, communicated status of order frequently, even guided me in via cell phone directly to his house.

Have to admit, I was quite humbled when seeing his set-up. Truely top-notch and looks like no expense was spared. He was extremely accomodating, patient, had a truely inspiring collection, extremely knowledgible + great prices / great guy. The frags were healthy, well colored and nice size. This is one seller whom I wouldn't hesitate doing business with again. Thanks Ben!
