2 separate tanks with 2 separate Neptune systems. Both stopped reading PH at 140 am last night. Could the time change last night have affected them. I did not make any changes on my own to the system.
Both of my tridents( 2 separate tanks) stopped reading PH at 140am eastern last night

Just reset it in fusion. It must be something with daylight savings, because you're not the only one.
