I am planning to add a bottom euro brace just for addl peace of mind

The bottom pane is going to be inside the 4 side panes. The side panels are 3/4" glass and the bottom is 1/2" glass. Dimensions are 93"lx18wx15h.

The braces are 1/2" thick and 2.5" wide

Should I install the bracing while I silicone the panels or do it after siliconing the structural seams?

The structural seams will have a gap of 1/8th all the way around to inject the silicone.

The only issue I see with doing it all at once is the silicone will skin over while I inject the bottom gap on such a long tank especially on the front and the back.

Other option is to install the braces on the bottom ahead of time and then silicone inject all the panels at once.

Any suggestions.

I would suggest contacting a tank builder for a sure answer. Let's see if someone else chime in.

I would think you would do it all at the same time new Wet silicon doesn’t like dry silicon but I have never built one so not sure

Ya, I am thinking the same. Have asked some local tank builders/resealers
