It's hard to tell without a full body shot, from the face he looks like a painted angler. A painted need more space, at least 30g imo; they are much more active that most think. I recommend keeping him on a live diet, ones that are converted to a dead only diet dont live that long. In the wild the gorge and fast, so a good feeding once a week in better than a single ghostie 3x a week. Feed until you see a reasonable bulge in his belly, they are insatiable so over feeding is a concern as well. If he is a painted then eventually feeding mollies will be a good choice. Unless you effectively qt and eradicate any prospective parasites from saltwater fish before feeding, I would strongly recommend against that.
