Look over there! It's a bounce...it's a chalice...no, it's super bounce chalice! Very nice pieces. LPS can do that. I have a blasto that's putting out a bubble or two. The color of that chalice makes it look like reefkoi bounce shrooms.

Looks like a feeding response, cool!

LOL Bounce Chalice!? lol!! This Bounce thing has gone too far. This is nothing but a plain denfense mechanism from the coral in an adverse environment. (ei. your tank or the process of fragging) Take away the nuisance and the bubbles will go away. I there bet there'll be no more bubbles developing as it grows naturally, as in not in your tank. I feel bad anyone who'd buy and see the bubbles deflate in a well kept tank.

I bought a meoter shower and developed a bubble under the tissue and popped in a week after. I think it's due to stress. Your chalice make keep it longer or not. But not worth more in my opinion. I will honestly stay away if I saw one for sale

Ha good to know. I just saw this and thought, "I would buy it, but should I?" Can't imagine the price he'd put on it.
